I have helped many first home buyers secure their dream homes. First home buyers can often be overwhelmed as there is so much new information to take in and steps to consider, but I will take you through the process step by step and thoroughly explain the implications of each. Gaining a loan product that suits your need is what I do best and this can help you save hours of leg work and could end up saving you thousands on your new home loan.

I help my clients with their initial application, explaining the First Home Owner’s Grant, and work with their sales agent, taking them right through to settlement of their new home and beyond. I have worked with some major developers as well, so my knowledge and experience in building and construction will also benefit you!

In various markets over the years I have secured many forms of investment loans for first time investors, family investors and for investors with property portfolios, including company trusts.

I will negotiate with more than one lending institution to ensure you secure a loan structure and  finance solution to help you meet your financial investment goals. Future wealth creation or growth is a critical element for investors and in this area I enjoy strong relationships with lending institutions to bring strategies for your wealth creation. In some cases I have secured finance for an investment property or more without a single cent upfront from my clients. Whilst working for major lending institutions I have acquired knowledge on lending policies for investments, and with knowledge and experience I am able to help you reach your investment dreams.

Loans for industry/shift workers

I have many clients in various industries who work late shifts and hours that generally go late into the night.  I work tirelessly around these clients to make their life easier. My communication is around their available times, meeting them at locations and times that suit them.

I allow my clients to choose the right communication method for them, whilst communicating application time frames dependent of chosen lending institution. Upon initial interview, the client’s needs and expectations of how things will proceed from that point onwards is discussed. For example if a client cannot fax their documentation then I provide them with an overnight mail satchel, or if they do not like to call mobile numbers I will ask them to SMS if they wish to speak with me.

A responsibility I have to all clients is to make them as comfortable as possible, whilst the finance application goes through its stages.

It is extremely satisfying to help these types of causes which are run by wonderful people. My family supports me in this important part of my life. Being able to make a difference in the community brings me great joy and this is something I will continue throughout my life.
