My expertise is not only confined to financial services but also to general and frontline management and support. For the five years prior to my current role with Loan Market I successfully operated my own business in various fields. I was also a share holder in successful Ray White real estate offices. In early 2004 I joined Loan Market as a broker to compliment the real estate business knowledge I had acquired over the years. I have grown my brokerage business and helped many brokers just like me. As a result I understand how to help people grow their business and I am passionate about encouraging brokers achieve what they set out for.
Brett has a very enthusiastic, motivated approach to his leadership.  He provides inspiration and always gives great examples of what we can do to improve our business.  He has helped us set our business goals and not just set the goal but showed us step by step what we need to actually do to achieve it. My commitment is to proactively encourage broker development and growth, the development and growth of my brokers is something I am focused on achieving. I like nothing more than when a broker reflects back on the year and is positively surprised at what they had achieved. As a State Manager, I have experience developing, motivating and training teams in sales, service delivery, customer service and business development for the past ten years.

  • Associate: For those of you with enough leads and referrals coming from your own sources, we have a model to suit you as well.  Loan Market is not only an aggregator, we are a business partner to our brokers.
We can assist you in marketing, web profiling and optimisation and media articles, we also offer comprehensive business planning.

Keeping in Touch

At Loan Market in NSW, we have 3 Business Development Managers, 1 State Manager and 2 State Administrators. This means that our team has a 1: 35 manager to broker ratio. This ratio is the catalyst that ensures a high touch point and provides our brokers with the support network they need to develop and grow their business.
I made the decision about three years ago to join Loan Market after being head hunted by Brett. Starting out I didn't know much about Loan Market, so Brett organised a few meetings to go through the business and the Loan Market brand. Our State Managers and State Administrators will overlook this process and make your transition as smooth as possible. Insider Tip

Every broker knows their dollar value volume, but to plan and build a business you need to know numbers. You will need to understand what the average loan size is and be realistic about the number of loans you can achieve and from there you can plan.
