I have a strong customer service and administrative background, having worked in real estate, construction and property development companies as well as various customer service roles for many years.
Through these varied roles, I have had the opportunity to develop both exceptional organisational and time management skills, as well as highly effective communication skills.

I was so daunted by the transition into the mortgage business with so many processes, tests, accreditations, and policies. I found the process very easy with Bronte who was always just an email away. It is my role to ensure the broker sign up process runs as smoothly and as stress free as possible. In addition, I have a strong focus on providing exceptional ongoing support not only to our brokers, but to their office managers and their administration staff.
I really enjoy being the trusted first point of contact for all broker enquiries. In addition to supporting our brokers, I am also PA to the VIC/TAS State Manager, Paul Henry and provide support to our State Sales Managers, Suzi Trajanovski andBeth Poyser.

At Loan Market in Victoria, we have 3 Regional Managers, 1 State Manager, 1 Senior State Administrator and 1 Administration Assistant. This enables our team to have a 1:35 Manager to Broker ratio.
Being new to the mortgage broking arena, I had no idea of what to expect and what was required to get my accreditations and broker licence in place.
