My strengths lie in an intimate knowledge of the Australian mortgage market and an ability to focus on detail to bring my clients the most competitive package tailored to their personal needs. I have significant experience assisting borrowers from all walks of life ranging from the first home buyer to large corporate clients.

I have access to more than 800 loan types from 40-plus different lenders. With the wide range of home loan products available on the market, it’s important to get expert advice on how your current loan compares and what more competitive options may be available for you to take advantage of.

Commercial loans – company, trust and complex structures

In this specialist area of industry, I have access to lenders with an in depth knowledge of the commercial market and the differing needs of these transactions. My team in the office come from diverse backgrounds in the fields of law, finance, investments and advisory. Two members of my team have law degrees and one is currently practising law in New South Wales. I have a thorough understanding of business structures (corporate, trusts, partnerships) from an ownership, legal, taxation and borrower perspective, which enables me to most efficiently structure a finance package suitable to my clients’ needs. Furthermore my deep relationship with lenders ensures the most commercial outcome every time for my clients.

Construction loans

I have extensive experience in funding both residential and commercial development projects. The relationship that I hold with some lenders allows me to lend up to 75% of Gross Realizable Value for a good project.

Private funding and second mortgages

I understand that sometimes events occur that lead to a credit blemish or a bad credit history. Private funding is available for property purchase, refinance, short terms bridges to assist borrowers who have a bad credit rating, for example ex –bankrupts, borrowers who require funds speedily and borrowers with a lack of supporting documentation.

• Bachelor of Laws focusing on commercial, banking and finance law (Merit)
• Moody’s Certificate in High Yield Credit Analysis
• UTS Certificate in Financial Analysis
• Level 1 Certified Financial Analyst program
• Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice

Community involvement

• Proud supporter of World Vision Australia
• Member of Sydney Campus L.I.O.N.S. Club, an affiliate of L.I.O.N.S. International Charity organization, and as part of this have organized events and raised funds towards causes such as the Asia Tsunami Relief 2004 and a local Aboriginal community centre in Redfern

• Assisted in the opening of the Nan Tien Temple in Wollongong and various fund raising activities for an inner Sydney Buddhist temple
