Make an appointment with me and I will provide you with up to three RP Data individual and property reports valued at $150.
RP Data provides up-to-date postcode specific information such as previously reported sales results, suburb demographics, median sales prices graphed over 10 years, and area maps with points of interest such as schools, libraries, hospitals, police and fire stations.
If you are thinking of making an offer, this valuable resource will give you the essential knowledge to base your offer price on. For those of you refinancing, don’t guess at your homes value – compare it with the actual recent sales in your street and area.
