First Home Buyers
You are our future, it’s an anxious time buying your first home – we must get the experience right the first time. I take my time with first home buyers. I remove the jargon to give you a clearer understanding of the process and most importantly the costs involved. I also assist in completing your “First Home Owners Grant” and lodgement, explaining what concessions and savings you are entitled to.
I will help you to create a “purchase budget” , which shows you the full cost of purchasing your home. This includes mortgage insurance, government fees and loan repayments. Also included is tips on how you can pay your loan off earlier, which will save you thousands of dollars.
The most common questions I get asked are:
