My career in finance spans more than 17 years, incorporating lending experience with many major Australian lending institutions. Often you may find that you may be looking to secure a better deal but just have not got the time or patience to get started. First home buyers
I appreciate the confusion and the concern most first home buyers have. I see my role, as one that removes most of this confusion and streamlines the entire process for my first home buyer clients. I have a unique approach to explaining the various loan options and the fine print in a simple to understand manner. Pre- Approvals are important and I highly recommend you obtain a loan pre approval sooner rather than later. This in turn ensures you can secure the property you would like to call home.
“As a first home buyer, our major concern was, not knowing enough about the various loans that were available. It was easy to go for the lowest rate, however we didn’t know whether that was the best package for us. Eddie was very efficient and knowledgeable in his dealings with us. Refinance and debt consolidation
My view is, rather than make payments on your home loan, car loan and several credit cards, in most cases you may be better off consolidating all these debts into the one loan with a single payment each fortnight / month. Often the interest rate applicable on your home loan is a whole lot lower than rates on your car finance and personal debt. So, it makes senses to avail of a lower rate and pay off your debt faster. However you need to keep in mind that the typical home loan runs for 25 – 30 years and you may want to make additional payments into the loan (whenever possible) otherwise you may find that you may end up paying off your car over 25 years. I am available to work out these repayments and savings for you. I have successfully assisted in saving my clients a substantial amount of money each month by refinancing to a lower interest rate and consolidating personal debts.

Overseas clients
I am familiar with the banks that will provide funding to applicants based overseas, having placed several of these loans recently. From a logistics standpoint, the fact that you may be overseas and looking to buy a property in Australia is no different to than if you were here. Differing time zones, etc, are of no consequence and we can also recommend solicitors who may be able to work outside the traditional business hours to make it happen for you.

With the property market the way it is, it is important to know up front what your home may be worth before you consider refinancing. Alternatively if you are looking to purchase a home you may like to know the price the property was last transacted on. We have access to RP Data and can provide to you at no additional cost information about the value and attributes of the property. At times I have found that I am also successful in appealing a valuation estimate provided by the bank with the information I can extract from RP Data.
Private mortgages and short term finance
Private Label is designed to suit those customers that fall outside the Low Doc parameters and need a more creative approach to meeting their financial needs. Circumstances where Private Label may help is when; urgent settlement is required, poor credit history, no financial data available, existing lender forcing a refinance.
Funding is sourced via specialist mortgage funds and private investors. It is networking through this huge funding channel that we can deliver the necessary results, whatever the circumstances. In short, Private Label is there when all else fails. If you have a temporary cash flow issue due to acquiring property or expanding an asset, we can assist you with setting a sound bridging loan and securing finance.
Our efficiency and speed mean you will always get the deal over the line and achieve your financial goals. A short term bridging loan incurs a higher interest rate than a conventional long term mortgage. However, the loan is set in such a timely manner, often within hours, which can be invaluable when time is not an option.
