Norther Territory - First Home Owner Concession Scheme

As of May 6 2008, eligible first home buyers in the Northern Territory have access to the First Home Owner Concession Scheme. The scheme provides first home buyers with stamp duty discounts of up to $15,515 off their stamp duty costs, equivalent to the duty payable on a $385,000 property purchase.
