You just need to get a good mortgage broker to look around for you, to find a lender, home loan and interest rate that suits your particular situation.

Helping out the self-employed borrower with their home loan and business loan requirements is very important as more and more people are becoming sub-contractors and holders of ABNs. I enjoy showing self-employed people stress-free ways of obtaining finance at very competitive interest rates.
Sometimes a client may think they are self-employed and feel like they need to wait for 2 years worth of financials to secure a good loan, but that may not always be the case. There are lenders that do allow borrowings after only being self-employed for 6 months, and under the right conditions you may find that a lender will lend to you like you were an employee.
Professional Packages
If you are applying for a home loan or even have one already, are you aware of various professional packages that are available? Lenders used to give these out to just professionals like doctors or lawyers, but the criteria has changed significantly over the past few years to take into account how much you borrow. What that means is that I can show you how you may be able to achieve a saving of as much as 0.7% per annum on your home loan interest rate, depending on the size of your loan.

I have been involved in soccer clubs since 1983 when I first kicked a ball for Port Adelaide soccer club down there in the western suburb of Elthelton. I played all my soccer at the one club and am extremely loyal and passionate, something that carries through to my professional work life as well.
I then coached at the club when I stopped playing and enjoyed my involvement in a local club. I have also coached a various school across Adelaide and loved being around children in sport (I have 4 children myself).
