For the past five years I have been working closely with real estate agents and because of this, I know precisely what is required to assist all buyers to secure their dream home or add to their investment portfolio. I also work with our vendors to facilitate their transition from their existing property to their new home. I ensure that the process is as stress free as possible and I will work closely with your agent to ensure that your finance is secured on time.

In addition, working closely alongside a number of financial planners and accountants has enabled me to assist all my clients, whatever their needs may be during the home loan process. A consultation with me will ensure that all your needs peripheral to finance are taken care of.

Building your home from scratch can be an incredibly stressful process when dealing with your land, builder and organising progress payments on your construction loan through your lender. I can take this hassle out of your hands so that you can enjoy this process rather than worrying about it!

I thought that selling my home and building a new one was going to be a relatively simple process. I soon learned that this was a very naïve attitude!
