During my time as a broker I have gained a significant insight into the finance industry and this has put me in a strong position to provide solutions to investors as well as helping many people into their first home. My approach focuses on listening to the clients needs and then ensuring they are fully informed of all the options before making a decision. I then prepare an application for a swift approval – taking away all of the angst commonly associated with borrowing money and dealing with lenders.

I find this especially important for first home buyers, as usually this is their first foray into finance and certainly their most important to date.
My goal is always to work closely with my first home buyer clients to not only ensure that the home loan product chosen will be approved within the lender’s credit policy and is the right fit – but to also ensure that they understand everything about the loan. This takes a lot of the anxiety out of the process and gives my clients the confidence to proceed and achieve their goals.
Many times clients have told me this approach is empowering, and puts them in charge of who they deal with and on what terms. I often find that people who have been thinking about buying for a long time actually realise their dream very quickly once the mystique has been removed and the facts are plainly and clearly explained to them by someone who doesn’t work for a bank.
I also assist my clients with free property reports so they can see the growth and previous sale price of any property they are interested in – this is especially important when trying to figure out if the property is being offered at a reasonable price.
As well as being a Justice of the Peace, I can help to organise your First Home Owner Grant application and even, where appropriate, deposit bonds within hours for pre-approved clients – so they don’t need to use their own funds until settlement if desired.
