John was fantastic when we applied for our first home loan. As first home owners we had no idea where to start or what to do. Did we buy land and build? Did we buy an established house? So many questions yet John always had an answer. Originally we got John out to do a pre approval to see exactly what we could borrow and then the journey began. It was a very turbulent time to say the least, both myself and my partner had recently started new jobs which meant it made it trickier for John to find a lender that was okay with us being in our positions for a short time. We got over that hurdle and onto the next; John was always on hand for me, replying to emails and giving me a call whenever I was worried about our application. To further complicate the process my partner had been made redundant the previous year which left us with missing documents which were required for the approval of our loan. Even when John received distressed phone calls from me he always knew it was going to be okay. We’ve now been living in our lovely house for 3 months now and if it wasn’t for John we would never have made the end. Whenever I hear anyone mention getting a home loan, the first person I always mention is John, I would highly recommend him to everyone!
