I particularly like working with first home buyers, because they are so appreciative! I’ve seen a large number of first home buyers come to me after being misguided by lenders who don’t understand or appreciate their circumstances. As an example. recently, a client came to see me wanting to purchase her first home, completely disillusioned. Her recent experience was that no lender would give her a home loan, and she had been knocked back countless times. However I was successful in finding a lender that would lend to her, in her remote postcode, and she was ecstatic.

Marital property settlements
Refinancing a property after a marital break up can be a long process. I have worked extensively with individuals in this situation over long periods of time to assist them to get into a position to finance a purchase or buy out a ex-partner. This has included securing an appropriate home loan pre-approval and, where necessary, fast tracking loan applications.
