First home buyers

Due to the First Home Owners Grant (FHOG) and Boost, I have been working with a lot of first home buyers. My goal is to make the process of securing your first home and home loan easier and less stressful. To achieve this I will walk you step-by-step through the home loan application process, help you complete the paperwork, submit the loan and monitor the process to settlement. I will also assist you to determine your eligibility for the FHOG and stamp duty concessions, and if applicable, complete and submit the paperwork on your behalf.

Bridging loan options

In these economic times, many of us would like to grasp the opportunity to buy and sell in the same market; however this is not always possible. Bridging loan structures are not necessarily something to cringe at and avoid – lenders now offer flexible structures to allow you to achieve your goal of purchasing property sooner, coupled with realistic time frames to sell your current home. More importantly with interest rates at 40 year lows, rates are still very reasonable during this relatively short period of bridging.
