Low doc and non conforming loans
Low documentation loans are typically used by borrowers who are self-employed, have inconsistent income or no financial reports. Non-conforming loans are for those who have bad credit history, are over 55 years old or are new migrants with no borrowing records. I have considerable experience with Low Doc and Non-Conforming loans and can assist you to find a competitive home loan even in tough financial market conditions.
Community involvement
I am a member of the Broome Chamber of Commerce and the Broome Business Chicks. I provide financial support by to the Salvation Army Learning for Life Programme. This donation is used to supplement my assigned student with the extra funds required for her to maintain her studies. I feel this is an extremely important function that the Salvation Army undertakes which helps underprivileged Australian young people to further their education.
