Be financially prepared for life’s little surprises
You know that the unexpected can happen, and it does! As a former occupational therapist I have seen so many people who have been thrown a curve ball in life but weren’t prepared to cope with the results. When something unexpected happens, believe me it makes coping a lot easier if you don’t have to worry about money.
That’s why it’s important to ensure you have taken the possibility of injury, illness and job loss, at the very least, into account when you are organising your home loan. Not only does it pay to consider whether or not you will be able to afford your mortgage repayments in tough times, it also pays to think about the relevant insurance.
First home buyers
As a past University Lecturer (in Occupational Therapy) I am very good at educating my clients, and that is what my first home buyer home loan service is based on. My first home buyers receive the information they need to be able to make informed decisions about their home loan options. They also gain a good understanding of the purchasing process so that they know what do and their stress levels are reduced!
For first home buyers, purchasing property is about a whole lot more than just getting the money. This is helping someone to buy a dream. And since no one wants their dream to turn into a nightmare, any home loan for a first home buyer has to be set up correctly. Not only does that help the first home buyer get in and make that all-important first home purchase, it helps them to do it with the least amount of stress as possible.
Investors
As a mortgage broker who specialises in helping clients build property portfolios, I make sure investors’ lending is set up in way to maximise the number of properties they can buy and minimise their loan costs. I have a proven record of achieving these outcomes for property investors as well as for professionals with an interest in investing in the future.
Self-employed borrowers
As a lending specialist who works with a number of self-employed borrowers, I am practiced at interpreting business financials. I understand complex corporate structures and how these are used for both residential and business lending. In some cases I may even be able to help you secure a fully-verified loan rather than a low documentation loan.
Recently I assisted a self-employed client to apply for a loan, where they had nine entities involved in the transaction. It was a complicated application that required in-depth knowledge of the available loans.
All loans great and small
Although many situations can be similar, everyone has something different they need from their home loan, investment loan or business loan, and everyone comes from a different financial position. I have assisted borrowers with as little as $3,000 in cash in the bank, through to high net worth persons whose personal wealth totals many millions of dollars.
Customers Brisbane inner northwest
There are many great properties to purchase in Brisbane and I work particularly with those people wishing to buy in Brisbane’s inner city suburbs, including Red Hill, Paddington, Kelvin Grove, Alderley, Newmarket, Enoggera, Everton Park, Everton Hills and Stafford. As a former resident in Townsville, I also still offer services to borrowers in the region.
