First home buyers

A rewarding role for me is guiding first home buyers through the whole process of purchasing; from how to deal with real estate agents, through the processes involved with the First Home Owners Grant (FHOG) and Stamp Duty Concessions, arranging the finance, to collecting the keys for their new home. When I have assisted in making such an important transaction so much easier, it gives me a great sense of satisfaction.

Refinance and debt consolidation

I am a member of the “Loft” Social Golf Club, and although I see myself as a bit of an amateur Golfer, I am always up for a round if you’re asking. I am a proud passionate paid up member of the Hawthorn Football Club.
