A number of years ago upon relocating from interstate and looking to retain our previous property as an investment, when we approached our current lender they were unable to assist us. We were disappointed that we were unable to use the equity in our first home to move into our next, and became resigned to the fact we would have to begin living in a rental. I have been an associate member of the ICAA and have held a Certificate of Public Practice and Tax Agents Registration for over 15 years. Throughout these 15 years I have worked both as a Chartered Accountant with Horwath (NSW) in the Business Services Division and currently in my own practice located in Pymble NSW. My commercial accounting and business experience has been as Lead Accountant for IBM Global Finance and IBM ANZ Treasury Manager.
