First Home Buyers
To help you take the stress out of finding the right home loan for your first home, I will come to you at a time that suits you to discuss your specific circumstances and confirm what you want to get from your home loan. I provide all the information you need to make choosing the right home finance package easy and then I assist you with the home loan application process from start to finish. You never need to worry about how your loan is progressing or what is happening, and if you do have any questions I am always available to provide the answer.
House and Land Specialist
If you are buying a house and land package or purchasing land separately and then building, there are some differences in the loan process you need to be aware of. My goal is to make building your home as stress-free as possible. I specialise in sourcing finance for house and land purchases and over 80% of my business each year is in this area. Over the course of my career I have helped more than 300 customers finance their own house and land packages and I have developed strong relationships with the lenders who work in this area of finance. The first step is to secure a pre-approval for your house and land. I will then take you through the application process and once approved, monitor your loan to ensure all of the construction drawdown payments are made as required.
Investment loans
Whether you already have a substantial investment portfolio, are looking to expand or refinance, or you are a first time investor, there are many excellent borrowing options available to help you secure the highest possible returns from your investment property. I work with your accountant and/or financial planner to find the investment loan structure that will suit your specific financial, investment and taxation situation.
Customer Service
Most borrowers want knowledgeable support from a mortgage broker who is working in their best interest, from finding the right loan through to assistance with paperwork, co-ordination, negotiation and being available to answer questions. I work six days a week Friday through Wednesday and am available any time.
Community Involvement
I am involved in the local community through sponsorship of local teams such Spurs Youth Girl’s Football Team and Eagle’s Seniors Basketball Team.
