I have worked in real estate since 1980 and specifically in banking and finance since 1986. In 1999, I became a mortgage broker because I love seeing the excitement on people’s faces when I tell them their finance is approved and they can buy the property they have their heart set on.
My philosophy is a little different from other brokers: I like to follow through with you after the loan has been approved and settled to make sure that it continues to be the best for you as your needs and lifestyle change. My service is a little like a personal banker without the charges.
First home buyers
Buying your first home is one of the most stressful transactions you will make in your lifetime, which is why you need an experienced mortgage broker to help you through the maze of bank and government regulations. I work closely with your real estate agent and your solicitor or conveyancer to make sure that everything proceeds smoothly. Part of my service is to complete all paperwork and applications, including the processing of your First Home Owners Grant, and outline what to expect at each stage of the purchase process so you have confidence that your loan application is proceeding smoothly. I am happy to meet with you as many times as necessary at your home or in my office and welcome parents or other trusted persons to attend the meetings with you.

Property investors
The three best friends of a successful property investor are a good accountant, a good real estate agent and a good mortgage broker. My home loan service eliminates the stress of negotiating the right loan, and completing tedious paperwork for your loan application and delivering them directly to the lender. Once your home loan is approved, I arrange for the paperwork to be delivered to you and keep in touch with you until your property purchase is completed. As your personal banker, I then keep in touch with you every few months in case you ever have any questions or need changes to your loan.
