Tony Inglis

Mortgage Broker Penrith, Springwood, Richmond

I have over 20 years continuous finance industry experience with some of the industry’s best-known companies, including GE Money, Rams Home Loans and eChoice.

Over the course of my career I have had extensive experience with a broad range of clients and loan types including first home buyers, no deposit loans, family pledge loans, shared equity loans, bridging loans, relocation loans, self employed clients, low doc loans, construction loans, vacant land loans, rural property and acreage finance, seniors equity release, debt restructure and consolidation, and non-resident property finance.

One common theme has come through clearly, no matter who I worked for or what my clients’ needs were: the services of an expert are essential. If you are really serious about securing the right loan and reducing the impact it has on you as much as possible, it’s very important to seek the advice of someone who does finance on a day-to-day basis, much the same as seeking the services of a solicitor or accountant.

First home buyers

Western Sydney is a great area for first home buyers and I have had the pleasure of assisting many people to finance their first homes. My goal is to not only help you find the right home loan now, but also to help you minimise the costs of the loan so you can purchase your next property sooner, whether this is a new home or your first investment property.

I was recently involved in a dramatic situation with a couple buying their first home. Prior to coming to me, they had approached another broker who had verbally advised them their loan was approved. It turns out this was not the case, and the couple stood to lose their $34,000 deposit and their dream first home. With three days to go before the contract was rescinded, I arranged an appropriate loan for the full amount required.

As first home buyers, I urge you to make sure you find a mortgage broker who will explain the process to you clearly. Also ensure you ask for everything in writing so you know for sure where you stand – a good mortgage broker will provide approval documents for you without prompting.

Investment finance

I have extensive experience working with investors to ensure the loan structure is set up correctly. One such area I commonly assist with is when your accountant or tax professional has recommended you fix the deductible portion of your debt structure, which can sometimes reduce your tax bill substantially. Regardless of your situation, I work closely with your other finance professionals to ensure your investment return is the best it can be.

Difficult and challenging scenarios

I have well-developed relationships with senior figures in leading banks and lending institutions. This has enabled me to secure loan approvals, even for challenging situations at which another broker has failed. These relationships also help me to secure special pricing discounts and product approvals for you that you may not find elsewhere.

Community recognised business

My team and I been Finalists in the Penrith Area Small Business Awards for the last two years. This award is voted for by customers and referral partners

Reverse mortgages

Retirees often want access to additional funds for a variety of reasons, including renovation, travel, a new car and even cover medical expenses. A reverse mortgage, also known as an equity release mortgage, is an option many people over the age of 50 are turning to. I have SEQUAL accreditation and regularly assist local retirees with their finance requirements in this area.

Commercial and business finance

I have the support of a specialist commercial broker who works extensively in commercial finance, including:

  • industrial property finance
  • commercial property finance
  • retail property finance
  • vehicle and equipment leasing
  • factoring
  • debtor finance
  • development finance < $50,000,000
  • international property finance

Low documentation – self-employed

Low doc loans have always been the hot topic for self-employed borrowers, yet in some cases a low doc is not always necessary. Having a skilled mortgage broker can ensure you examine all opportunities first and get the right loan for you, whether that is a standard loan or a low doc loan. However, more often than not, a low doc loan is the right course of action for you if you are self-employed. I work with a diverse range of clients from high end investors to panel beaters and courier drivers, and am experienced at sourcing the appropriate loan for your financial situation and needs.

Customers

I work predominantly in Western Sydney and have customers in areas including Penrith, Glenmore Park, Regentville, Mulgoa, Wallacia, Kingswood, South Penrith, Jamisontown, Orchard Hills, Cambridge Park, Werrington, Werrington Downs, Werrington County, Cambridge Park, Cambridge Gardens, Cranebrook, Llandilo, St Clair, Emu Plains, Emu Heights, Lapstone, Mount Riverview, Blaxland, Glenbrook, Springwood, Agnes Banks, Londonderry, Yarramundi, Richmond, North Richmond, Windsor and surrounding Hawkesbury.

I have also arranged loans for properties located in all states and territories of Australia, and recently arranged finance for customers purchasing a home in Humpty Doo in the Northern Territory.

Community

I am a strong supporter of local childrens’ sporting teams, through various sponsorships.

Business networks

Having being based in the Penrith area for over 10 years, I have developed close relationships with many professional services including real estate agents, solicitors, accountants, financial planners, property developers and conveyancers.

Through these relationships I have helped many customers secure access to premium properties at great prices even before they have been advertised on the market.

Testimonials

Rather than provide the standard written testimonials, I am happy to give you the name and phone number of a real person who has used my services, so that you can speak to them and discover what type of experience they had .
