I have several clients working in the police force. Police officers and support staff often work long hours and shift work, finding it difficult to visit the Bank and do the necessary research. I conduct appointments at a time to suit your hours, and I always come prepared so I don’t waste your time.

I recently organised a pre-approval for a high-ranking police officer who was very busy and needed someone to do the legwork for him. By coming to me rather than direct to the bank, I was able to obtain a discount of 0.10% per annum on the interest rate. With the pre-approval in place he was able to bid at the auction and secured the property.

With first home buyers I go through the full loan application in a clear and concise manner to ensure they have a thorough understanding of the process and the choices available. I always provide first home buyers with at least two finance options so they have the opportunity to compare.

New Zealand expats and investors – Low docs

As an expat New Zealander myself I understand the differences between buying back home and here in Australia. An important point to remember is that some Banks will treat New Zealanders in the same way as Australians whilst others will treat them as foreigners. This makes a big difference to your loan application.

My knowledge of the loan process in both countries has proven invaluable in assisting expats and those keen to invest in Australian property to secure the right loan with a minimum of fuss. I also have personal experience as a New Zealander investing in Australian property.
