Sourcing a suitable work to finance a land subdivision and/or civil work on house and land package subdivisions requires a mortgage broker with specialist knowledge of the building industry. Particularly in the current market climate, loans for these purposes can be difficult to secure from traditional banks and lenders, so obtaining funding via a private lender may need to be explored. I have experience working with clients who require assistance sourcing private funding and have the necessary contacts to help get the finance you need to get the project moving.
