Edition #4

Have you got your website yet?

Getting a website will improve your visibility to customers. It will also give you more space to add some helpful information and tips so your customers know what to expect before they have their first consultation.

You can also choose to have a team website rather than an individual broker website so your customers will be able to see that you have a team behind you to support them.

Why should you upgrade?

  • It’s free
  • Your contact details appear on all pages of the site
  • You can track the traffic that comes through to your website
  • It’s optimised for SEO and has blog functionality to support this
  • Looks more professional and information can be easily found

What do you need to provide?

See here for a full list of requirements

Approximately 2 weeks to set up after all content is received.

If you’re interested in getting a website created, please email marketing@loanmarket.com.au. We will then put you on a register list and send you all the information you’ll need to get your page up and running.

A Wealth Market update - Greg Chipman, CEO

Rudy Haddad, (front row left), Head of Practice Management and Technical Advice Delivery, leads a great team of advisers across the country. He’s here to make sure our team are providing high quality advice that adds maximum value to clients.

We want to champion customers and make sure they get the advice they deserve. You’ve probably seen the bad news stories - putting customers first isn't something that’s always been done in this industry - but Wealth Market are here to shake things up.

Wealth Market advisers will initially focus on helping customers in the pilot, review their Life Insurance (life, TPD, income protection and critical illness) requirements. They'll analyse their needs and make recommendations that deliver the most effective and cost efficient way to protect the people they love. It's all about the right level of cover, structured the right way, for the right cost.

Find out more in this internal video about the benefits Wealth Market will offer and how they will work with Loan Market brokers.

Contact Wealth Market on enquiries@wealthmarket.com to find out more about the upcoming pilot and how you can get involved.

New landlord information toolkit available

Living Here is inviting you to work hand in hand with them to broaden and share your network of prospective clients and further develop relationships with each other.

These information nights should be used as an educational forum where people will take valuable information home with them rather than a hard sell to use your services. To help you organise one of these events, you can use the toolkit here. You can also download invites and social media templates to help promote your event from PrintUI here.

If you have any further questions on this, please contact michelle.delaney@livinghere.com.au.

Cricket Day

Brokers Greg Cook and Fiona Bryce from NSW held a charity day for The Primary Club of Australia with a Round Robin cricket event held at the SCG.

The event was used as an opportunity for integration between Loan Market, Wealth Market and Ray White with brokers, advisers and agents bowling and batting together to support the good cause. The charity, The Primary Club of Australia helps raise funds for sporting and recreational facilities for children and adults with disabilities. You can check out more of their good work on their website here.

Those who attended felt privileged to be playing on the main field at the SCG and enjoyed the networking opportunity all whilst supporting the charity.
