As a small business owner, I understand the value and importance of building relationships and I work hard to help clients far beyond finance.
Understanding my clients and helping them achieve their goals is my driving force. I believe mortgage broking is not only about specialising in loans but also about having deeper finance knowledge.
This is why, in addition to my Diploma of Mortgage Broking I also have a Diploma in Financial Planning (although am not a licensed financial planner) and a Diploma in Real Estate.
I undertook this educational pathway with the sole purpose of being able to better assist my clients in their financial journey.
In delivering your solutions I also consider your overall situation: your life stage, where you want to be in five years, what accounts and debts you have, how you use and service them and what matters to you.
Having this knowledge helps me to take a holistic approach and then determine appropriate financial solutions.
Maintaining the relationships I build with my clients is incredibly important to me. Relationships are my passion and I never want to lose the personal touch.
I also have a strong belief in giving back, having volunteered as a Justice of the Peace for 15 years, as well as with the State Emergency Service (SES) and local community.
While the home loan application process can seem daunting, I am here to guide you. Education is a huge part of my client offering and I will ensure that you have a full understanding of your options and the methodology behind them.
Integrated service offerings:
As well as offering mortgage broking, I have a range of trusted partners who offer services such as financial planning, accounting and insurance, all of who hold the same service values as I do.
Local experience and partnerships:
I have been providing finance services to the greater St George and Sutherland Region since 2006. I also have a strong relationship with Ray White and work closely with them to help improve their and my client outcomes.
