Its not good enough having satisfied clients ..... I want delighted clients!
That simply means earning your trust through excellent service. I believe that word of mouth referral is always the best source of new clients. So... hopefully you will be impressed enough to want to introduce me to your family and friends.
How do I “delight” my clients?
1) I make sure the home loan fits the client.
As a first step, I ask lots of questions about my client’s current financial situation, future goals and lifestyle. I get to know them. That way I deliver a home loan that is suited to their individual financial situation. The mortgage must match up with their current life circumstances as well as anything that might be on the horizon. Perhaps that’s a new family member, renovations or maybe retirement.
2) Service, service and more service. Before, during and even after the home loan application.
Besides delivering the right Home Loan on time, I passionately believe in great ‘after sales’ service! Usually my clients invite me to be part of their life journey, because as their circumstances change, so do their home loan requirements. For example, an annual home loan review and adjustment (if required) is just as important as the initial home loan service.
Hi Bill how can I thank you enough? You managed to refinance my loan, get some cash for me, AND lower my repayments. The person I dealt with previously more or less refused to help. Thank you for your professionalism, expertise and keeping me informed all the way. I came to you by way of recommendation, and I will certainly recommend you to anyone else who needs finance assistance. Yvonne Crew, Varsity Lakes, Qld
3) Training and experience.
I have over 12 years behind me as a Mortgage Broker as well as many years experience within the Banking and Finance Industry.
• Bachelor of Business Management,
• Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management,
• Certificate IV in Financial Services (Finance / Mortgage Broking)
I am a Member of Mortgage & Finance Association of Australia (MFAA).
4) A life journey with my clients.
Besides ongoing support with home loans, the ‘life journey’ means helping my clients build a future. Helping them with investments when the time is right, is critically important. That’s why, as a mortgage professional, I work hand in glove with a number of other qualified and proven professionals. These people work closely with me in providing an individually tailored wealth building service to those clients who are ready for this next step.
