Daniel will help you find out how much money you can comfortably borrow. If you can afford to pay $500 a week, then you need a home loan that fits within that. He’ll also factor in what you’ll pay in purchasing expenses such as stamp duty, conveyancing fees, building and pest reports, and bank fees.
Daniel will get you approved with the right lender to spend up to a certain amount of money, based on what you can comfortably afford to repay.
You’ll go through the full application process with Daniel; he’ll lodge all the supporting documentation, make sure the lender does all the required checks and that you’re given formal pre-approval, so you can be confident to go out and find a property you want to buy.
Loan application and settlement
Once you have your formal pre-approval, you have the green light from a lender to buy a home. When you work with Daniel, he’ll navigate you through the loan application all the way through to settlement so that you don’t have to worry about anything other than finding your first home.
