I have had over 18 years experience working within the banking industry, including roles in mortgage broking, administration, lending management and credit management, as well as a specialist rolw working with first home buyers. First Home Buyers

Most first home buyers have so many things to consider when looking to purchase their first home. Not only do they have real estate agents and solicitors to try and negotiate with, but then they have to decipher a home loan as well. It can become overwhelming when trying to research not only the home loan products on the market, but also work out which type of institution to borrow from. Then there is the First Home Buyers Grant as well!

Low Doc Loans

Low doc loans are primarily for customers who are self-employed and haven't got enough compeleted taxation returns. With a standard loan, lenders will usually require two years worth of full financial statements. A low doc lown avoids having to provide most of these documents, instead a document for the self-employed borrower to self certify their income is used.

With my clients' permission, I always ensure their accountant is fully informed of the process and proposed loan structure. The accountant is the person who understands their client's financial objectives far better than the local bank manger and mortgage broker.
