With a Bachelor of Accounting and Finance from the University of Queensland, Jessie started her broking career back in 2011. Since relocating from Brisbane to Canberra in 2014, Jessie has now settled in the bush capital with her lovely family. Sam started his Canberra journey in 2010 moving to the ACT from Ocean Shores, NSW to study a Bachelor of Forensic Science at the University of Canberra. Sam joins the loan market team after 6 years with a Local Car Dealer group – his interest in finance comes after moving to a Business Manager role within the motor group specialising in vehicle finance and insurance. Sam believes his friendly can-do attitude and high levels of customer service are tranquil to having a great experience when helping our clients navigate the financial world. His happy and customer first personality makes him easy going and stress-free to communicate with. In his spare time Sam enjoys Mountain Biking and playing Cricket both indoor and outdoor. He also enjoys relaxing by watching movies, sport and listening to music.

Jarod is a Canberra local who is joining Loan Market after 5 years in the automotive industry, most recently as Sales Manager of Audi Canberra. Previous to that, he spent 8 years travelling the country completing a Bachelor of Business specialising in Hotel Management and worked in some of the top hotels in Australia. With a keen focus on customer service and finding a solution to help any customer achieve their goals, Jarod will be able to help navigate you through the process of securing your next loan. With a long history in service based industries, Jarod will be more than accommodating and ready to walk with you through the process. When not at work, Jarod enjoys spending time with his 2 boys, playing golf, riding bikes and enjoying weekend sports.

Eryne has lived in Canberra since she was 3, and has been working in the property space for 10 years. She started her journey at a local real estate agency before moving to Allhomes/Domain where she spent 5 years developing her client experience skills and growing her knowledge of the industry. Eryne’s drive to become a mortgage broker comes from her incredible experience with the Loan Market Canberra team when purchasing her home. It wasn’t until seeing the team that her mind was eased from the changing market, increasing interest rates and what that actually meant for her. Eryne wants to ensure everyone’s experience is as smooth as hers. Lucia made her move from Sydney to Canberra 10 years ago. Most of her career she's been involved in the real estate industry - starting off as a real estate agent in 2018 and later transitioning to a mortgage broker in 2021. Lucia’s drive, commitment and attention to detail have seen her excel rapidly in the industry whilst continually achieving outstanding results for her clients. She is heavily focussed on not only making sure you get the best solution for your needs but she will also ensure you understand every part of the process. Utsav began his career as a Banking Associate before transitioning to the furniture industry as a Sales & Marketing Manager for over 7 years. He moved to Canberra in 2022 and landed a role at a major furniture chain before making the move to Loan Market Canberra as a Credit Analyst/Trainee Broker. Utsav is currently working towards becoming a Mortgage Broker to help clients meet their financial goals. Outside of work, Utsav is a sports enthusiast, loves to travel and watch movies.

Jess joins the loan market team with over 10 years of experience in the mortgage broking industry. She brings with her a wealth of knowledge and expertise of all facets of the loan process and post settlement care. This knowledge enables her to assist our clients with all of their needs leading up to settlement and beyond, a vital role that is responsible for ensuring the experience for all our valued clients is a positive and professional one, it is a role that Jess is perfect for with her friendly and helpful personality. Jess enjoys spending her down-time making wine and salami with family and latin dancing.

Emily began life in the coastal town of Nowra before relocating to start her primary schooling in Canberra at 5 years old. She has happily remained here since then and considers herself a local Canberran. Prior to starting with the team at Loan Market Canberra, she worked within the finance industry for 7 years, developing useful skills which have transferred to her current role as Client Services Manager, assisting mortgage brokers with preparing loan applications and the 'behind-the-scenes' of mortgage broking. Emily has a keen client service focus and friendly attitude, making her approachable and a joy to work with. Emily prides herself on her personal drive, integrity, attention to detail and desire to learn. She enjoys spending her down-time with her young family, travelling, eating good food and catching up with friends.

Melinda has been in the mortgage and finance industry since 2019 after relocating from Sydney to Canberra. with years of a strong customer service focus role, Melinda recognises individual customer's needs and works towards achieving their goals. Melinda understands the journey of purchasing & applying for a home loan can be overwhelming, she provides transparent communication throughout the entire process. No matter how big or small the task is, she always remains professional, approachable and honest. She also enjoys watching movies and is a passionate cook.

Graduating year 12 in 2022, Luke has joined us at Loan Market Canberra with excitement to start his career in Mortgage Broking. Kicking off his professional career as an apprentice plumber, he then moved into the fast food and sales industries working for a local car dealership. Armed with experience across diverse roles, Luke brings initiative and strives to perform at his very best, whilst ensuring the quality of work and customer service is at the forefront of his processes. Outside of the office, Luke is a keen car enthusiast, but loves nothing more than spending time with his family and two dogs -Delilah & Jimmy.

Ela has 7 years of experience in Customer Service Management assisting US, CA, UK and AU financial accounts. She was part of Qantas Travel Money offshore customer support before joining Loan Market. She's strongly focused on the ability to complete tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment. She's always up for the challenge and leverages her skills to contribute to the team's success. She loves spending her free time with her daughter and when possible, she also goes mountain hiking.

Audrey started her career as a local banking professional with more than 5 years of experience in marketing and finance before she joined the loan market team. She brings with her the ability to multi-task and work efficiently and effectively to meet required deadlines. She seeks challenges in her career where skills, knowledge and work experience can excel while acquiring new skills and use her expertise to help the team in delivering high quality service to its clients. She adapts easily to new concepts, learnings and responsibilities. Audrey enjoys spending her down-time with her family and friends. She also loves cooking and travelling.

Kiezlle is results-driven and highly motivated in the financial industry, with two years of experience before she joined the Loan Market Team. She develops her skills, eager to learn, and passionate about working in a fast-paced environment. She maintains to be dependable, committed to delivering high-quality results and willing to collaborate with the team to get things done. Kiezlle enjoys reading books, making her own coffee at home, and spending her downtime with her family and friends.
