That passion, combined with the experience and knowledge I have gained throughout my finance career - including working as a business development manager for Loan Market Head Office - has provided unique insight into how successful businesses with good work practices delivers exceptional customer experience.
It all ties back to customer service and integrating the service offering to deliver the best customer experience through finance strategy, structure and streamlined implementation.
Born and raised on the north shore, I have long been servicing the suburbs of Chatswood, North Sydney, Pymble, Rhodes and the surrounding suburbs.
Part of that service includes a partnership with Ray White Rhodes as their in-house finance broker, working closely with their sales and leasing agents to deliver their clients with streamlined finance solutions.
It also includes working with finance partners to deliver the services that compliment my offering, including financial planning, accounting, real estate and property management. This ensures my clients build an integrated portfolio structure and optimal finance position.
And by facilitating a broad range of offerings including asset finance, commercial loans and business loans, I help deliver solutions across the finance spectrum.
With my background in Business Development for Loan Market head office, I understand the importance of Mortgage Brokers educating customers around this integrated approach.
It is not only about interest rates or who has the lowest fees. It is about educating customers around how finance and credit ratings work, to ensure they have the best possible outcomes, now and in the future.
As a seasoned property investor I began my journey at 22 years old and through implementing financial strategies alongside my knowledge around credit lending I now own several investment properties in Sydney. With this experience I provide a deeper understand of my customer’s journey and the solutions I am delivering them.
I am also university educated, hold a Certificate IV in Mortgage Broking and am a MFAA Accredited broker.
