About Joe Azzi

My passion has always been the client service and client interaction part of my day. I became a mortgage broker after spending 5 years in the accounting industry as a chartered accounting. During my time in the Chartered Accounting industry I found that the businesses I serviced were all looking for more add value to their businesses and in all facets of their business. Working as a Chartered Accountant has taught me the skills of problem solving and the steps involved to reach a suitable solution for my clients.

The research skills that have been learnt during my time as a Chartered Accountant will ensure that I will always find the best product in the market to suit my client’s needs. A strong work ethic and a commitment to add value are the primary qualities that I have gained as a Chartered Accountant that I would consider invaluable and a very rare quality to find.

Mortgage broking has provided me with a platform to share my relevant experiences and knowledge on a day to day basis. Through my background and experience I am able to not only able to provide a loan but to also add value for my clients.I understand that it is an ongoing process that starts from initial contact and lasts the life of the relationship. I add value not in just providing my clients with the lending solution but with a solution that would be the most tax effective for their business, accounting advice, business structure, company and trust set up and overall business services. Finding a product for a problem is what I do.

A client should always use my services as a mortgage and finance broker as they do not always know what the market has to offer whereas I will find the right product for the client’s needs. My service is free and not influenced by the lenders. I look to meet the client’s needs and not the lenders.

I specialise in the construction industry, specifically construction loans and heavy equipment financing. I deal with all types of builders and developers from small, medium to large. I provide Chartered Accountant Advice on all facets of accounting, lending advice with tax consequences, tax planning, and suitable loan products and options for their specific project, business or individual need.
