Joanne joined the Loan Market Warrnambool team in 2020 as an Administration Assistant. Her dedication, experience and having completed her Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking, are admirable and led her to become one of our valuable Mortgage Brokers. With over 20 years of experience working at SouthWest Credit in a range of Customer Service and Loan Administration roles and currently working on her Diploma, Joanne is passionate about finding her clients the best product to suit their needs. Her personalised approach – listening to the client, collecting their information and discussing their relevant goals and objectives – allow her to compare different lenders and products to ensure the best solution for her clients. “I find Mortgage Broking very rewarding, whether it's helping a First Home Owner get into their first home, refinancing a client to a better product or rate, or helping a client purchase an investment property. Every client is on their own journey and it's a privilege to share that journey with them.” Outside of work, Joanne loves spending time with her four kids and embracing new activities and adventures as a family. She is also an avid Netball fan who enjoys supporting her community, coaching the Netball team at Russells Creek FNC.

Anna started her career with Loan Market in 2022. Prior to this, she worked in the BPO industry for six years, which helped her build and solidify her customer service skills as well as improve and further her attention to detail. On a daily basis, Anna ensures client's information is put into the system correctly, she keeps the team in check with compliance, and does follow-ups on applications. Anna loves working with the Loan Market Warrnambool team and assisting clients to succeed in achieving their financial goals. Winning Loan Market’s 'Top Performer’ award in 2024 is a testament to the quality of her work and her dedication to the team and clients. Outside work, Anna enjoys playing volleyball with her friends and loves being on the go by hopping on her scooter and exploring the beautiful scenery that surrounds the city. She also enjoys watching TV shows and movies in her free time, particularly mysteries and thrillers.

Community Focused:

Having a strong bond with Warrnambool and surrounding communities is integral to who I am and the property finance business I operate.

As in my other roles as casual responder with Ambulance Victoria in Warrnambool and Hamilton, and as a member of the Allansford Football Club and treasurer of the Allansford primary school, it is community spirit and the happiness of my wife and three young children that drives me.

I also host a radio show on local Warrnambool station, 3WAY FM 103.7, discussing movements in council, local finance, the property market and other local news.

The attention and service I provide my clients, working irregular hours to meet their schedules or going above and beyond to help them secure an unconditional home loan is critical to these foundations of community spirit.

Testament to the popularity of this approach with my customers is my winning the National Award for Regional Customer Service of the Year at both the 2018 and 2019 Australian Broker Awards, and in maintaining a 10 out of 10 NPS Customer Experience Score for three consecutive years.

While the business is growing fast I have no desire to grow it to the point where I cannot personally managing every loan and enjoy the community interaction that comes with that.

Property Finance Specialist:

Property finance expertise is critical when obtaining a home loan. The wrong loan product for your unique scenario can cost you dearly, as I found out in 2014 when going to a big bank for my home loan - an error.

The radio show focuses on Warrnambool and it's commercial enterprise, movements in council, and lighthearted chat about the world from a Warrnamboolian. My co host is an accountant, we try to cover local finance and the property market but also have special guests from local businesses such as the Vets below. The show is non educational and just a bit of fun.
