From the initial appointment, where I provide suitable options of loan products with all the features the client requires, to then complement that with regular customer contact throughout the process and all the way through to settlement, makes mine and my team's service second to none.
With over 20 years in finance, I would like my customers to know there is virtually no financial need we do not understand and that we can find financial solutions very quickly. We have years of experience with first and second home buyers, investors in residential and commercial property, SMSF buyers and business loans.
Our skill is up-to-the-minute product and bank policy knowledge – being able to cater to not only “vanilla” problems but tricky scenarios that require analytical work and sometimes determined negotiation with lenders. We fight for a win for our customers!
