Community Focused:

Having a strong bond with Warrnambool and surrounding communities is integral to who I am and the property finance business I operate.

As in my other roles as casual responder with Ambulance Victoria in Warrnambool and Hamilton, and as a member of the Allansford Football Club and treasurer of the Allansford primary school, it is community spirit and the happiness of my wife and three young children that drives me.

I also host a radio show on local Warrnambool station, 3WAY FM 103.7, discussing movements in council, local finance, the property market and other local news.

The attention and service I provide my clients, working irregular hours to meet their schedules or going above and beyond to help them secure an unconditional home loan is critical to these foundations of community spirit.

Testament to the popularity of this approach with my customers is my winning the National Award for Regional Customer Service of the Year at both the 2018 and 2019 Australian Broker Awards, and in maintaining a 10 out of 10 NPS Customer Experience Score for three consecutive years.

While the business is growing fast I have no desire to grow it to the point where I cannot personally managing every loan and enjoy the community interaction that comes with that.

The radio show focuses on Warrnambool and it's commercial enterprise, movements in council, and lighthearted chat about the world from a Warrnamboolian. My co host is an accountant, we try to cover local finance and the property market but also have special guests from local businesses such as the Vets below. The show is non educational and just a bit of fun.
