Bidding at auction is a stressful experience that can be made easier with correct planning, pre-approval and support on the day. I attend auctions run by Ray White Reservoir office to provide my clients bidding support and lending capacity advice as required.

Property reports and suburb profiles are excellent tools for helping you determine what a prospective property is worth.
Providing sales history of the property you are interested in, as well as comparable properties in the surrounding area, they give you a better chance of securing your dream home and are offered free-of-charge to all my clients.
While I regularly visit clients in their home at a convenient time, and all clients are welcome to come to the office and meet face-to-face in my boardroom, I also offer a range of digital loan application solutions where preferred including:

- SMS based two-factor authentication to maximise security
- Bank account integration for quick and easy bank statement supply
Integrated Service Offering:
During our fact find and discovery calls I will seek to understand what integrated finance offerings should be accounted for in the loan application process.
These might include bringing in your accountant or financial advisor, or introducing you to a recommended accountant or to Loan Market’s financial planning arm; Wealth Market.
As well as seeking to understand your financial strategy, the integrated service offering also looks at insurance, legal support, building Inspectors and moving services.
