Based in Geelong and servicing the Geelong, Bellarine Peninsula and Surf Coast regions, Chris has helped people from a wide range of professional and economic backgrounds secure the finance they need to buy their first home, next home or investment property. Away from the office, Chris loves his sport, especially the mighty Melbourne Storm, heading to the cinema to watch the latest blockbuster film, and spending time with his wife and young son.

Having served as a Financial Services Manager with a major bank from 2002-2005, Leigh set about building his own Financial Planning business while also serving on various Licensee Advisory Boards through that period.
Leigh is also a co-founder of Razor Finance, serving as a Director until recently adding the title of Mortgage Broker.
Leigh’s purpose is to create a more seamless transition between receiving financial planning advice and the implementation of the best lending solutions for his clients.
However, he is now equally as passionate about simply finding a lending solution for those clients and using his years of experience to make the process simple and easy.
A resident of Mt Martha, spending quality time with his wife (and business partner) Penny and two children Maddy & Charlie is a major priority.
Being passionate about leadership, Leigh is heavily invested in the local community serving as Director of Football at the Red Hill Football Club and volunteering in various coaching and leadership capacities at Mt Martha Junior Girls Football Club, and raising funds for Bravehearts, whose work resonates strongly with him.
In addition to football, you’ll find Leigh following North Melbourne, the Aussie cricket team, and the Chicago Cubs with plenty of passion, while also retaining a strong interest in horse racing.
Lyndel's first job was in hairdressing, followed by various receptionist roles, but hasn't looked back now that she's working as Broker Support. Having found her passion, she wishes to stay in the mortgage broking industry long term. This year she hopes to complete her Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management, then see where this career can take her.
Lyndel got into the industry because it had always interested her. She was given an opportunity with Loan Market as a Customer Service Manager and has loved every minute of it. She is very hands-on in her customer service style, and very determined.
Away from the office, she is a full-time mother to her little girl, Isabelle, who keeps her busy in her spare time!
Gela has spent most of her working career in the customer service industry. From technical support to fraud analyst roles, she currently works as a client support manager. Her eagerness to learn and help other people is what drives Gela to pursue her passion in the mortgage broking industry.
Based in the Philippines, Gela assists clients by gathering the documents necessary to submit their home loan application. Her role is to ensure that all documents required by the lender are provided for a smooth application and faster approval. Despite working remotely, she is able to perform her task with the same dedication and skill as if she was sitting in the Melbourne office. Her extraordinary people skills and knowledge of the mortgage market enables her to help our clients to provide their documents in the most convenient way possible.
Outside of work, Gela spends most of her time with her adorable young son. Life isn’t always easy for a solo parent, but her little boy and a passion for helping others is what keeps her moving forward.
