Preparation of your Home Loan is the Key to Success
Some people will be prepared to apply in a matter of weeks, but with others it may take months or even years to be in a position to apply. With such a wide range of suburbs, personal situations and objectives the pathway to success with an approval of your application is surprisingly the same. It is simply meeting bank policy. I have the contacts readily available to be able to check bank policy in advance so that when you are ready to apply your application is fast tracked for approval.
EOFY Budget Check
With the EOFY ( End Of The Financial Year) fast approaching for the end of June 2017 you may wish to review your budget and check out your top market options. Keep in mind that I offer an obligation free door to door service within the entire Perth Metropolitan area at a time convenient to you Monday to Saturday and evening appointments are also available. In fact most of my visiting takes place in the evenings when the kids have gone to bed!
The Hope Factor
The most recent Housing Affordability Report just hit my inbox and it does not make pleasant reading. In part it reaffirms with an analysis of the figures what I have experienced as a broker speaking with First Home Buyers but leaves out what I call the HOPE factor.
