Having recently welcomed his first daughter, Damian knows all about big life changes, situations changing and wanting to protect your family’s future. This focus is critical to ensuring you are able to enjoy both your new home or car, and live the life you wish to lead ongoing. Damian treats each new customer as a customer for life, and will not only ensure that the short term loan is in your best interest, but that it remains that way weeks, months, and years after you enter into that loan. Damian will take an active role in managing your loan throughout the life of that loan, taking any opportunity to reduce your rate, or update your loan structure to suit your needs.

Damian commenced his professional career as an Occupational Therapist in 2002, where he worked tirelessly to help people achieve their full potential regardless of whatever barriers lay in their way. Winning several awards for his service to the industry, including Business Manager of the year, Damian decided to leverage from this base to explore new ways to help people.

He moved into the financial services industry in 2010 to pursue his deep interest in the industry, with mortgage broking being the perfect role that enabled Damian to combine his love of real estate, proficiency in finance and his passion for helping people.

Damian then moved into his own business with CPS Mortgages and Leasing which was established in 2012. Initially created to support the clients of the wider CPS business, the business has grown significantly through word of mouth and repeat business to be where it is today.
