I will work with you to find a solution with your current lender, I will negotiate on your behalf and I will use my experience and knowledge to get the most competitive rate possible with your lender.
If for whatever reason your lender is not in a position to offer you are more competitive rate we can always look at sourcing the right rate and product for you with another lender.
This should only be done if there is a financial gain or benefit in the long run and it will save you money.
