About John Fenn

I have been in the mortgage broking finance industry since 1995 on the Gold Coast with prior years involved in the banking sector. I enjoy helping clients achieve their dreams by sourcing the competitive lending solutions for their requirements. I am committed to providing the competitive mortgage deals for clients which at times can save thousands of dollars and cut years off the loan term.

I help find a competitive home lending solution for your finance needs which can include tax effective borrowing and mortgage reduction strategies which in turn adds value to a client’s financial future.

I enjoy working with first home owners new to the market and have helped many happy buyers entering into their first mortgage.

Working with investors looking to create wealth and minimise tax is a particular favourite of mine and I have developed the skills to offer advice on a range of financial services including complex loan structures such as self managed super funds in the residential and commercial market place. I work with clients’ accountants and financial planners to understand a client’s financial objectives and help investors build their portfolio through optimal product packages.

Being a full member of the Mortgage & Finance Association Australia (MFAA –industry regulatory body) and many years experience in the finance industry will give you the reassurance of receiving expert recommendations that a borrower can receive.

Having completed my Diploma in Financial Services (Finance/Mortgage Broking Management) affords me the formal recognition of professionalism in the mortgage broking industry.

As all mortgage brokers are now required to be registered and covered by a credit licence with ASIC, I am pleased to have been granted an Australian Credit Licence (ACL No 389142) in January 2011.
