Renovation Home Loans

Do you live in Cheltenham, Dingley, Patterson Lakes and surrounding suburbs? Do you want to renovate your home? Or do that extension you have wanted for years? Renovating your home can be a good way to add value to your property.

Your home loan renovation may not always go smoothly, but my goal is to ensure your renovation loan does. I understand that renovating your home can be frustrating especially for first timers and DIY renovators but the home loan side of things doesn’t have to be when you talk to me.

To give you greater flexibility and control over your renovation you can choose from a range of finance options:
  • Loan top ups for small to medium sized renovations: Do you want to renovate the bathroom or maybe add a new sundeck? A loan top-up allows you to increase the credit on your existing home loan to fund your renovation. *There may be a minimum amount you can top-up, usually around $10,000.
  • Redraw Facility For smaller projects such as a new bathroom or sun deck: A redraw facility offers flexible access to funds when they are most needed.
  • Home Equity loans For medium sized projects such as a kitchen or pool: Equity loans allow you to access the equity in your property to fund your renovation project. A serviceability criteria applies and the amount you can borrow is subject to how much equity you have in your home.
