Purchasing residential property, whether it’s going to be a home for yourself and your family or if it’s to be an investment property, is one of the most important steps you will ever take.

The sad part to this is that so often I meet new clients and they tell me of their bad experiences either with their Bank or another finance Broker where the information they relied upon was later found to be wrong or misleading and the whole experience was not as happy an experience, as is should have been.

From the initial meeting to the concluding settlement, all information passed on to my clients is fact. My job is to listen to my clients.

There is myriad choice in the current market, from core lending products, interest rates, fees and charges exemptions and value add products , and it is my responsibility to ensure that my clients are well and appropriately informed about what is available to them. Not all products suit everyone’s needs and that’s where the listening comes into play.

I will select a range of Banks and products to choose from which will best suit their needs, and will recommend a final selection of funder to fit their objectives going forward.

In short, I will deliver and meet my clients’ expectations of me as their Finance Broker- that is what I commit to and will do.

This is my point of differentiation from other finance brokers.
