New LVR tier pricing.
Earlier this year we introduced a new <70% LVR tier for owner occupiers and we're pleased to let you know that we’re now introducing the same tier for investors.
Along with the new tier your customers can also access new competitive rates for these loans from Thursday 20 May 2021.
The new tier will be available in your aggregator system from the effective date, and you do not need to complete a pricing request to secure these new rates.
We are also pleased to confirm these great rates are available for your existing settled Bankwest customers. Simply use the Pricing Tool to submit a Home Loan Pricing Request along with a Home Loan Maintenance Request Form via the Bankwest broker website.
Please note, these new pricing tiers will only apply to Complete Variable Home Loan Package Investor P&I and Premium Select Variable Investor P&I home loans.
Please note, the new rates will apply to applications for new lending submitted on or after Thursday 20 May 2021. You can check out all our rates on the Bankwest Broker website
Don't forget, we no longer need the main Other Financial Institution transaction account statement to complete a manual undisclosed debt check, where the LVR is ≤ 80% and the annual surplus on the Bankwest serviceability calculator is ≥ $6,000 p.a.
Assessment Rate Changes
We will also be making changes to assessment rate effective Friday 21 May 2021.
