Bayside broker recognised among the best in the country
Loan Market Bayside owner, Josh Bartlett, beat thousands of his peers to be named Residential Broker of the Year (franchise) at the Australian Mortgage Awards for the second consecutive year.
Competing with brokers nationally, Josh said the award is a positive sign for Bayside and the business community.
“It’s fantastic to be recognised for my work with the local community. I think it’s a reflection of the thriving culture of Bayside - I’m really proud that our business can contribute in a positive way.”
A testament to Josh’s unrivalled property knowledge, the Broker of the Year award Recognises his strength in residential real estate.
“Buying real estate is never an easy task, that’s why we’ve shaped our business to give more than simply getting buyers and investors approved for the right finance; we help inform their buying decision through providing suburb reports, auction advice and insight into the whole transaction process.
“Our goal is to make sure our clients are confident going into their buying journey and we stay with them every step of the way,” Josh said.
Having joined the mortgage broking industry less than five years ago, Josh worked hard to achieve an unprecedented level of success. Not only is he recognised as Loan Market Victoria’s number one broker, he is also the broker within the Loan Market Group who has received the highest level of industry accolade. Loan Market’s chairman, Sam White, recognises the significance of the 2015 Broker of the Year award.
“For Josh to win this award is a huge achievement. For him to do it two years in a row recognises how focussed he is to achieve his goals. This award recognises Josh’s achievements over the past year and also acknowledges his future ambitions.
“We are so proud that he is a member of the Loan Market family,” Mr White said.
Josh said his award was testament to the hard work of the entire Loan Market team at Bayside, who all work together to find solutions and achieve the right outcome for their clients.
