Regulator Ready deadline extended
Due to the low completion rates, the deadline for completing the compulsory Regulator Ready training has been extended. If you have not yet completed the mandatory learning plan, please log in to Springboard and complete the 5 compulsory modules and case studies by 7 February 2018.
Watch this video from Sam White about the importance of completing the training. All Loan Market franchisees, loan writers, CSMs and staff are required to complete the learning plan on Springboard.
How do I complete the training?
Log on to Springboard. Your username is your Loan Market email address OR firstname.lastname. Your password is Learning1.
The Regulator Ready Learning Plan is available on your Dashboard.
How long does it take?
The training takes between 30 and 45 minutes to complete. Please make sure to block out enough time in your calendar to complete the training by the deadline if you haven't already.

The Financial Fitness Review session will help your clients to understand their current financial position and identify their long-term goals. They will have the opportunity to discuss any concerns and ways to protect, manage and grow their wealth.
Taking care of your clients after the finance transaction by giving them access to quality financial planning can help build ongoing relationships with your clients (loan duration with good financial planning extends from an average of 5 to 9 years), which helps to maximise your trail and loan book value. Remember you’ll also receive 15% Referral Fees for clients that proceed with advice.
