Good news for NSW First Home Buyers as the NSW State Government scraps Stamp Duty from 1 July 2017.
Stamp Duty will be wiped for both new and existing properties under $650,000
Properties purchased between $650,000 and $800,000 to receive a discount on a sliding scale.
The $10,000 FHOG is still in place in addition to the above for those looking to build (up to $750K incl land value)
