Loan Market finalists for six major awards

At the upcoming Australian Broking Awards, Loan Market has been selected as a finalist in six categories. The annual event held by Sterling Publishing (The Adviser) will be held on August 15th at the Australian Technology Park in Sydney.

Among the finalists in the broker categories, Loan Market is represented by some of its biggest stars.

Loan Market Cheltenham broker Josh Bartlett, who won best Newcomer at the ABA’s last year, was selected as a finalist in the Residential Broker of the Year category. Josh said that he was thrilled to be selected as a finalist again and he expected the category to be a close race.

As a result of their outstanding Net Promoter Score (NPS) Loan Market Chermside was selected as one of several finalists in the Best Customer Service - Office category. The brokering duo of Matt Dique and Leo Bozzi said they were very proud of the achievement of their office this past year and that the right structures and processes were the key to their customer service strategy.

In one of most difficult categories to crack, Loan Market Oakleigh office was selected as a finalist for Best Office - Franchise. The Oakleigh based team lead by Alex Shumsky said their outstanding results over the past year were largely due to their relationship with Ray White Oakleigh and Ray White Glen Waverley.

Loan Market Oakleigh broker Dimi Panagopoulos said she was incredibly excited about the result, “there are so many great offices and brokers in the country, it’s very humbling to see our office listed among the best. We work with some great referral partners and have a team who focuses on finding solutions for all our clients.”

In the corporate categories, Loan Market is up for three awards; Major Brokerage of the Year, Best Marketing and Best Ethical and Social Responsibility Program.

Loan Market director Mark De Martino said that all brokers and staff should share the success and excitement that comes from being finalists in these categories.

“We’re so proud of the work our network has put into initiatives such as our HOPE program. In a short period of time we’ve built something that’s now being recognised as an industry-leading program, but more importantly is having positive impact against homelessness.”
