Loan Market Victoria referral initiative reveals agent advantage

Loan Market Victoria’s spring referral campaign, A September to Remember, wrapped up on 31 October with results that showed brokers referring an average of eight appraisals to Ray White agents.

Illustrating the value of broker/agent referral relationships, A September to Remember uncovered 1135 qualified leads for Loan Market brokers and 160 appraisal opportunities for Ray White agents.

Zole Elali from Ray White Caroline Springs was the number one referrer with 37 qualified leads and Ben Taylor took out the top position for Loan Market, referring 22 appraisal opportunities back to Ray White.

With 20 brokers participating and 32 Ray White offices, the spring referral initiative proved a success among the Victorian networks.

“It is thrilling to see such high engagement throughout Loan Market and Ray White. I’m exceptionally proud of our Loan Market brokers who all provided appraisals to sales agents.

“It goes a long way to disprove the sentiment that brokers don’t refer back to their real estate partners - it’s a really valuable result for both businesses,” Andrea McNaughton, state director of Loan Market Victoria said.

A September to Remember was designed to encourage broker/agent relationships. The campaign was tracked via eBroker, Loan Market's lead management app which simplifies and streamlines referral processes.

“Real estate and finance go hand in glove, and as far as I’m concerned every agent should have a relationship with a mortgage broker. At Loan Market, we’re working hard to make those partnerships easier and more valuable for both sides.

“By enabling our brokers to refer back to agents we’re making strides in increasing the level of trust - not just between Loan Market and Ray White - but between our two industries as a whole,” Andrea said.

The top 100 referrers from A September to Remember are rewarded with a VIP ticket to the polo this Saturday.
