Loan Market weigh into State of Origin auctioneer competition
The Loan Market Group are proudly supporting eight of the best auctioneers across Queensland and New South Wales, as they prepare to do battle in the inaugural State of Origin auctioneer competition.
Hosted by the REIQ and REINSW, Loan Market are sponsors of the event and Queensland state director, Peter Camphin said the synergy between finance and property can no longer be ignored.
“We’ve entered a new era where there’s a higher expectation than ever before to deliver competency and satisfaction to our clients. When agents and brokers work together we can meet this expectation.
“The most common oversight at auctions is when a buyer goes into it without being pre-approved. There’s nothing worse than telling an owner that some buyers are not able to bid because they couldn’t get their finance organised in time.
“The most successful real estate businesses are those that have a mortgage broker on hand throughout the marketing campaign to make sure all serious buyers have formal pre-approval before they attend the auction
“Having been a part of the property industry for more than 40 years, it’s wonderful to now be a part of a mortgage broking group that supports real estate - and particularly auctions - in such a strong capacity.”
Mr Camphin went on to say that the State of Origin event reflects an ambition to bring a higher level of competency and professionalism to sellers and buyers alike.
“Showcasing some of our finest auctioneers reverberates to our communities that the real estate industry is determined to meet the expectations of our clients.
“This event is a great opportunity for Loan Market to showcase what we can offer to some of the best performers of the real estate industry.”
The State of Origin auctioneers competition is being at held from 1pm on Friday, 6 November 2015 at Broncos Leagues Club.
