Ray White Warrnambool expand its business
The Directors of Ray White Warrnambool have announced the expansion of their office, introducing a mortgage broking arm to the business.
Loan Market broker, Chloe Maksimovic, joined the team in early 2015 to offer the clients of Ray White Warrnambool support in obtaining the right home loan.
Joint Director, Leanne Mugavin, said the move was designed to provide a greater level of service to the Warrnambool community.
“As business owners we recognised that we need to do more than just list, sell and lease properties.
“We decided that bringing Chloe into our business would not only provide a greater service to our clients but would allow more of the local community to achieve their property and lifestyle goals.
“Chloe comes to us with a wealth of knowledge and experience which encaptures first home buyers all the way to self employed investors,” she said.
Loan Market’s Victorian State Director and former CEO of Ray White in Victoria, Andrea McNaughton, said the new partnership represents a new way of doing business.
“For years the opportunity for Loan Market brokers to partner with Ray White businesses has been there. That opportunity is now at an all time high - but it takes a lot of work and commitment on both sides. It's a two way relationship designed to uniquely benefit existing and new clients including all sellers, landlords and buyers.
“The introduction of Loan Market into the Ray White Warrnambool office is an example of the dedication that needs to go into growing and developing these partnerships - and the success that can come from them. I’m thrilled to see Chloe and the Warrnambool team working together to make their customers journey an even better experience,” she said.
For Chloe, the opportunity to work with the Warrnambool team is a step in the right direction.
“It’s fantastic to be a part of the team and I’m looking forward to bringing a new service to the local community and long-standing clients of Ray White Warrnambool,” she said.
